Christine at Artist Partners tells us a bit about one of the newest artists on their books.
"As soon as I saw Naomi McCavitt's work I utterly adored it - A Botanical artist so gifted, who hand paints such beautiful images, she is primarily a Natural History illustrator but with an eye for interior design - Naomi's work is sensational, and although only on Artist Partners books very recently, we are getting some wonderful feedback! Her flora and fawna have a wonderful classic and vintage quality about them."
New work from the fabulously talented Esther Cox is now being shown on the Artist Partners website. Esther's work will soon be exhibited at the London Transport Museum which will be celebrating women artists in poster design. Esther produced two designs for the London Transport earlier this year - Excitingly they are now available to see on the tube network.

Artist Partners are proud to announce:
A celebration of the work of Brian Sanders, the leading British Illustrator, who rose to prominence in 1960s London. As a highly respected member of Artists Partners he created work for most major UK magazines, from Sunday Times to Nova, for advertising campaigns such as Ford, Phillips and the British Army, and for film posters including ”Oh What A Lovely War”, “Paint Your Wagon” and “Lady Sings The Blues”.
During 1965 he was appointed by Stanley Kubrick to paint and draw the filming of “2001; A Space Odyssey”.His work provides a beautiful and remarkable insight into one of the most celebrated science fiction movies of all time.
In 2011, Sanders re created his early style of work and captured 1960’s New York Madison Avenue in a poster and DVD cover for Mad Men Series 6.
Leading illustrator Bob Lea represented by Artist Partners, was commissioned to redesign the much coveted cover artwork of the seven cover titles for the Artemis Fowl series, written by Eoin Colfer. The stylish covers which were mainly white illustrations in 3d , were a very unique style and a departure from the old covers.
The new covers were launched by Penguin - Puffin Books - with the aid of an electronic countdown in the centre of Piccadilly Circus. The author was also there and was orchestrating the countdown for the actual moment of the release of the books, which was then simultaneously launched to all the many Artemis Fowl fans on all the social networking sites and youtube throughout the world....
Bob Lea has also been commissioned to undertake the making of a animated trailer to launch the books on the TV, which he has done very successfully indeed! And this is just the start of the marketing campaign !
