Liberty, the World famous luxury lifestyle and fashion store in London, have commissioned Richard Johnson to design and create a stunning bespoke mural for the launch of their new children's department in March 2012. Richard has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to hand paint the area, and with his usual fabulous attention to detail and magical imagination, he has really created something special. So get down there and be transported to a world of wonder... even if you haven't got kids! It's a treat to see.

Here are two new book jackets by Katie Wood. Katie was commissioned by Scholastic to illustrate the new covers of their fabulous series ‘Main Street’. As an emerging talent in the world of Children’s publishing 2012 is an exciting year for Katie, with the launch of several new series’ featuring her cute artworks coming in the next few months. Viz Media commissioned Thomas Flintham to illustrate Mameshiba Love Winter. Recently published, this novelty book tells the tale of a group of clever beans who don their hats, scarves and earmuffs to brave the cold and build a snow castle. Thomas' delightful illustrations also include designs for stickers to decorate the pop up castle inside.

James Ellis has launched a brand new children’s age range covering ages 1-6 by talented illustrator, Ailie Busby, who has been illustrating children’s books for more than 15 years and has had work published all over the world.
The range of glittered children's age cards with curved corners, are all beautifully individually wrapped with pink and blue envelopes.

This press ad is the latest release in the cross media marketing campaign by Melvyn Evans for ‘Love Condominiums’ in Toronto. Melvyn’s artworks have been hailed as providing a fresh new creative approach to the marketing of new housing developments. Melvyn’s playful, lively characters are a huge break away from the traditional photography based campaigns and have received an overwhelmingly positive response.

New recruit Serena Curmi was commissioned by Publicis London, to work on a storyboard pitch for a toilet tissue. The script tells the tale of a little boy who tests the tissue to extremes and then, exhausted from his efforts, he falls asleep in it's soft layers. It was essential that Serena captured the character of this determined little guy.

We can announced that two books based on hit Hallmark brand, Country Companions, are set to be published in Spain. Although the titles, Love and Dearest Mum, have only just been published in the UK through Egmont, Spanish publishing rights have already been snapped up by Ediciones B. Both books have been written by Helen Ford with illustrations by Simon Taylor-Kielty and feature the cast of the Country Companions brand, including Tom Mouse, Ed Hedgehog, Sam Rabbit and Badger.
