Ifan Bates – The Telegraph
On a Christmas theme Ifan created a beautiful collage for the Telegraph’s Family Christmas Gift Guide
The brief was to create a tree advent calendar for the front cover of the supplement which appeared in the Saturday 18th November issue.
Ifan studied graphic design at Wolverhampton University and has worked for design companies in London, Birmingham and Rotterdam in the Netherlands.He honed his illustration style on self initiated projects in his spare time. Ifan combines vintage and contemporary imagery to create mixed media collage. He likes to mix textures and colour and blends painted surfaces with found photographs and time worn papers.
Clients include Daily Mail, Radio Times, IPPR, Quintessential Magazine, AB Magazine, Quality World Magazine the Royal Heart Foundation.
