Miranda Sofroniou – new work added to the portfolio
Miranda Sofroniou graduated in 2012 with a degree in Illustration from Camberwell College of Arts. She uses a mixture of drawing, collage and painting to create unique, playful and engaging illustrations celebrating colour and pattern.
Drawing inspiration from nature, travel, books, people and animals her work has a whimsical hand made style that has been used to create illustrations for magazines, book covers, bespoke events, stationery and textile design.
Miranda has also created a picture book series titled ‘Things that Blow my Mind’. These books feature fascinating facts about the world and engage children through striking imagery. She loves designing quirky imagery for children using unusual compositions and a bold colour palette.
