Our favourite superhero duck with the supersonic quack and his zebra sidekick are back with a tasty new adventure: Adventure Duck VS The Armadillo Army. Aleksei Bitskoff’s illustrations explode of the page in this quacking tale written by Steve Cole and published this month by Orchard Books.
Our superheroes meet their nemesis, Power Pug again and this time he’s trying to take over the world by seizing control of the global chocolate market by digging up the Mexican rainforest and building a massive chocolate factory in its place. With the help of Luis the Llama with his flair for fashion and talent for projectile spitting - the superhero amigos set out to foil Power Pug’s nefarious plans but an army of armadillos, led by super-sized Armando the Commando stand in their way… Will they find a chink in the giant armadillo’s armour and save the rainforest from destruction?
