More and more we are discovering in these unprecedented times how important an outside space, or balcony is to our wellbeing. Some artists are particularly inspired by their gardens for their work.
As you can see Caroline Smith is not only a very accomplished artist she is also extremely talented in other creative ways, including jewellery making and ceramics. Herewith you can see that she has so beautifully created a little haven in her garden with some of her own ceramic pieces decorating the garden throughout.
Caroline has been working on a series of beautiful artwork that she has created on the wonderful Mexican painter Frida Kahlo, which again uses flowers as the essence of the painting.
