Adam Allsuch Boardman – Imperial College London

Adam was delighted to be selected to illustrate this book on Engineering for our prestigious reknowned university, Imperial College London. The book was  designed by What on Earth Books-Adam very much enjoyed working on the project a learned a lot in the process. Adam very much enjoyed working on the project and learned a lot in the process. The book was designed by What on Earth Books.

 

Adam is an illustrator based in Leeds, UK. He constructs imagery to inform and amuse in a clear and concise manner.

His work is characterised as containing limited palettes, clean geometric shapes and exacting lines.

 

His previous clients have included Nobrow, Apple, Deloitte and the Economist. In addition, his work has featured in in museum exhibit displays around the UK, such as the Science and Media Museum.

 

Adam has authored and illustrated two non-fiction titles for Nobrow; ‘An Illustrated History of Filmmaking’ and ‘An Illustrated History of UFOs’, the former now translated in over 6 languages.

He is a keen viewer of cinema and funnels much of his film enthusiasm into his work, whether through composition, colour or playful use of light.
