Istvan Szugyiczky for Variety Magazine
Hungarian CGI artist Istvan Szugyiczky was selected by Variety to illustrate their cover story on the uncertain future of FOX. Asked to tightly drape the well-known logo in a silky cloth, Istvan set to work creating the perfect shroud to evoke secrecy and mystique.
The covering that obscures the ubiquitous logo (just enough to still be recognizable) alludes to the mystery surrounding the future of the corporation. Istvan holds both an MFA and PhD in Applied Arts; both his technical mastery in 3D typography and intellectual approach shine through each thoughtful piece he creates.
