Spotlight: Clementine Hope
Clementine Hope’s compositions of intricate drawing and bold use of white space…
Clementine Hope’s clever compositions of intricate drawing and bold use of white space creates highly unique and contemporary lifestyle and figurative images.
Clementine draws freehand, scanning the drawing, then composing and colouring in the computer. « I draw with a single line weight and fill with flat colour, but I also draw with either a nib pen or a paintbrush dipped in ink to create a less controlled line. Where I can, I always try to create a sense of space and depth. Clementine’s style lends itself to variety of media from corporate identities to book covers.
Clementine has worked for many clients including Bayer Healthcare, Landrover, Bloomsbury Publishing, University for the Arts, entrepreneur business guru Mike Harris and Totality Magazine.
