Transport Solutions Mural
Frances Castle was commissioned by RGP, the transport planning and infrastructure design consultants to create a one-off transport mural to fit across the walls in their offices.
The mural had to incorporate RGP’s brand colours and certain brand statements to get across their expertise in a fun an imaginative way. They work across many sectors including residential, retail, leisure, industrial, education and healthcare, providing clients with bespoke and sustainable transport strategies for an ever evolving world.
As you can see from these sections taken from the final mural, Frances Castle was the perfect illustrator for the job. She’s always loved drawing rural and urban landscapes and it runs in her family - her grandfather, Frank Sherwin was a watercolour painter of British Railways post-war travel posters that have become iconic symbols of 1950’s Britain.
