Starling, a UK charity that hosts creative projects exploring positive identity and creative expression with neurodivergent young people, have commissioned Aurelia Lange to animate a series of informative podcast clips. They explore the needs of neurodivergent people in public spaces, with Aurelia’s painterly style used perfectly to create warm and digestible snippets.
Explaining a bit more about the project, Aurelia said: "The brief stated that the visual style should be uncomplicated (i.e. not too many things going on at once) and for the animations to be as 'smooth' as possible as this can be helpful for neurodivergent people with visual processing challenges.”
Amy Grimes has illuminated the The Galápagos Islands of past and present with a beautiful new children's book for What on Earth books.
In Galápagos Islands: The World’s Living Laboratory, the scenes teem with life, utilising a rich palette and painterly feel to help make the topics understandable and exciting. Amy said:
“I found it super interesting learning how the different islands had such a big impact on the features of each animal, such as the shape and colour of the tortoises shells. Also that there is a type of finch that drinks blood, Vampire Finches!”
Phosphor's Christopher Nielsen has illustrated a humorous picture book about elephants and how surprisingly sustainable their poo can be!
Chris provided his signature colourful, retro, textured style to The Hullabaloo About Elephant Poo by Dee White, an award-winning Australian author. The cover has just been revealed and pre-orders are open now, ahead of Harper Collins Australia publishing the book in December.
Phosphor's Léon Moh-Cah and her project The Roving Sketchbook, which saw her travel and draw around the world, was recently featured on Creative Boom.
The Red Dress were commissioned by Channel 5 and Paramount to create the key visual for Michael Palin’s new TV series Michael Palin In Nigeria. The image is being used to promote the series in print and in social posts and on streaming platforms.

MDI Digital were commissioned by Empire Magazine to create the cover for their feature on The Fall Guy movie. It then it grew into the 3D illustration being used to create a limited run of action figures that were given to the stars of the film and also used in promotion of it.

Chiara created original artwork around guests and desserts for an immersive live experience. Her illustrations were also used on menus displayed around the event.
