Kim Salt- New Signing
We’re beside ourselves with excitement to announce another NEW SIGNING .... the wonderful Kim Salt.
Kim is an illustrator based in Brooklyn, NYC. She originally studied graphic design, before gravitating to a career as an editorial illustrator. In time, her eye-catching style caught the attention of the creative team at Facebook and she relocated to the Bay area to work in-house for them.
After almost two years away, Kim decided to return to full-time freelance illustration and moved back to her native New York. Since then, her work has flourished into what we see today, a dynamic crescendo of colour and curves. Kim describes it as “a celebration of the inner magic of the mundane and the unique rhythms of living things,” and who are we to argue with that? We absolutely love it.
In her spare time, she can often be found sipping coffee, reading comics, nurturing her abundant houseplant collection and people watching.
