From an early age, Nastka was inspired by the world around her – she loved drawing what she saw: people, animals, flowers and trees. She grew up in a small Ukrainian village and spent much of her time outdoors, walking through fields and along the edge of the forest. She also loved reading and illustrating the stories she read, as books felt like portals to other places and lives she had never seen. Today, Nastka enjoys creating magical, heartfelt illustrations that inspire freedom of expression and a love for life, while gently reminding us how beautiful the world around us can be.

ADAM ALLSUCH BOARDMAN – ATLANTIC BOOKS

ADAM ALLSUCH BOARDMAN – ATLANTIC BOOKS (illustrator, NB Illustration, publishing)

With the festive season fast approaching it seemed an apt moment to share Adam’s excellent book cover artwork for ‘A Very British Christmas’ by Rob Temple, ‘Your Festive Survival Guide’. Quoted from Amazon: Christmas, as we all know, is a minefield. What the hell do you buy your mother-in-law? How to deal with the inevitable arguments provoked by a simple game of Monopoly? And where should you sit at the dining table to best avoid Grandad when he starts going off about politics?’ Sounds like a great purchase!!
