Big welcome to Gus Scott to the NB Illustration Team

Gus Scott is a British illustrator/animator based in the South West of England. He creates bold, colourful work, using block colour, shape, and line to construct eye-catching images filled with characters.

From conceptual editorial illustrations to packaging and global healthcare campaigns, he draws on the energy of his personality to create images that are full of movement and that bring a smile to your face. He has worked with clients from across the globe and in his free time will probably be found watching/playing football, attempting to impress his wife with niche food, or visiting a local taproom.

Select clients include Disney, The FA, The Financial Times, Astrazeneca, The Guardian, The Sunday Times, Easyjet, HP Ink, Dorling Kindersley.

Sam Hubbard joins up with NB Illustration

Sam Hubbard is a fineline illustrator living in a small seaside town in West Sussex. With a long background in brand design he has recently shifted his focus onto illustration, mainly specialising in detailed hand-drawn inkwork for luxury and heritage brands.

He has recently become an artist ambassador for renowned art supplier Daler-Rowney, and has exhibited his work for two years running at Henley Regatta and Goodwood Revival (Cloud Gallery Fine Art), amongst others.

When not at the drawing board, he can be found swimming in the sea, running around the Sussex countryside or spending time with his wife, two daughters and the family cat, Pearl.
Clients include; Daler-Rowney, Cuckoo Gin, David Swann (author) Kingfisher coffee, Brindiwell Wine amd more.

The Australian telecoms company Telstra has used a mix of engaging animation and beautifully crafted OOH ads to introduce its new 'Wherever we go' messaging.

Carole Verbyst – Big Book of Facts for Usborne

Carole's slick vector style is usually associated with corporate work such as brochures and branding, but more recently she has lent her style to children's publishing and was selected to be on the team of illustrators work on this fantastic title published last November by Usborne Publishing.

Diarmuid was commissioned to help bring a new vinyl role playing game to life with some eye catching graphics and illustrations. The brief required the artist to set the tone for this fantasy world and help shape the visual narrative for the players and listeners.
