With people turning to cooking for entertainment, comfort and sustenance during lockdown, Phosphor's Jasmine Chin took it upon herself to illustrate some of her favourite recipes for other people to try at home. Banana bread has become an iconic symbol of this pandemic and Jasmine's banana cake recipe includes some interesting additions, including orange juice and cinnamon.
