Rob’s magnificent Castle stamps for Royal Mail, featuring Caernarfon, Windsor, Dover and Balmoral.
Working with Chris at Studio Up, Rob illustrated these four magnificent castles for the Miniature Sheet. A reminder of these amazing buildings and the many stories through history that they hold.
Laura brought the wildness of the inside to the outside in this exciting project for Dublin Zoo’s Rainforest House.
Working with Bright design agency Laura illustrated several large scale pieces as well as infographics to decorate and inform visitors. With interactive elements and displays, Laura’s distinctive style unified the various elements of the project and created a beautiful environment for the reinvention of the Rainforest House. Her work now adorns the walls of the house itself, internal elements and branded materials as well as glass decals for the animal enclosures. The house has a living rainforest inside where visitors can immerse themselves with the inhabitants!

Aleksandra Szmidt has created some beautiful children’s picture books worldwide.
Her work is charming - and whimsical - she has an original feature of producing a magic mail club that she has created on her own Instagram account which is very popular.
Children, animals... all beautifully brought to the page as fabulous characters for any children’s book.

It seems that recently we have had a number of requests from our clients for images that are very definitely hand created, drawn and painted. One of our longstanding artists Paul Young spends a lot of his free time creating local outdoor images, recording those images by sketching and painting.

The Masks of Madalena de Luna is due to be published by Little, Brown in January, with a cover featuring a gorgeous portrait and mask illustrated by Lamaxim.
Maxime, aka Lamaxim, is based in Paris and has worked in the fashion industry for ten years. After studying art and fashion design, and working freelance in the industry, Maxime began a series of digital paintings on Instagram all centered around fashion’s absurdity - this is how Lamaxim was born. His work is mostly digital and combines figurative human representation, graphic lines and typography.
The Phosphor team is proud to welcome Marta Liébana Martínez. Marta is a Spanish illustrator based in Amsterdam, known for her bold compositions, feminine characters and vibrant visual language.
Her work combines playful energy with emotional sensitivity, creating expressive images that feel confident, colourful and full of personality.
