Fred Blunt launches Captain Falsebeard aboard The Golden Hinde!
21st July, Bright and Puffin Books hosted a swashbuckling soirée to launch Fred Blunt’s debut author/illustrated picture book Captain Falsebeard in a Very Fishy Tale, aboard the 16th Century galleon, The Golden Hinde.
The two hour event included a treasure hunt, exclusive reading and crafts for the young #Superfans who won tickets to the launch, as well as book signings and piratical publishing chat for the exclusive guest list. Attendees included Penguin, The Bookseller, Psychologies, Waterstones, book bloggers and award winning Bright creatives Benji Davies, Yasmeen Ismail, Mark Chambers and Ben Mantle.
