The piece was inspired by the film poster art for 'Being John Malkovich' which involved making a crowded composition for the double page spread. For this brief the people needed to be of different ethnic backgrounds and all holding the same identical mask, hinting at the domination of white, middle-aged men in the housing leadership sector.
