Phosphor Classics: Bill Garland

Phosphor have been creating stunning imagery for advertising, publishing and the media since 1979, and as well as representing fresh talent, they also still work with some 'Old Masters', who have been with them since the 70s! One such artist is Bill Garland, who has created the main images on countless projects for every major Hollywood studio and television network.

Bill is the recipient of multiple awards including the prestigious 'Key Art' award for his illustration for Batman, and has painted primary poster images for a variety of film genres from Sci-Fi classics like Mad Max to comedies such as Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life and Brazil.

Here are a couple of pieces of Bill's work - one from back in the day and a more recent image of Kacey Musgrave. Take a peek at his portfolio for more.
