Blue & Bertie – Kristyna Litten’s New Picture Book
Watch out for Kristyna Litten's delightful new picture book, Blue & Bertie (Simon & Schuster) which hits the book shelves this month and is already attracting some lovely reviews. Kristyna's tale is about Bertie, a lost giraffe who unexpectedly finds a new friend called Blue, who makes him look at the world with a different perspective and shows him how to embrace differences.
Picked out in the Bookseller's round up for January 2016, this is… "a gorgeous tale of finding friendship in unexpected places with some very appealing giraffes." Lovereading4kids also made it their Book of the Month, saying: "The adventures of giraffes Blue & Bertie make a comforting, humorous story that explores themes of friendship, independence and embracing the unexpected."
