Donough O'Malley is commissioned by Biz New Orleans magazine to create illustrations for their current issue, celebrating the 10 best things to happen to New Orleans in the coming year.
As is the case now we are often asked by a certain amount of self publishing authors to commission a suitable artist to produce their own covers, and to re-create their vision for them for the cover in this process.
We are delighted to share one such image - the author: Luigi Kohli commissioned and entrusted our very own Paul Young, who is well known for his historic paintings for both fictional book covers and factual non fiction books to produce this stunning painting for the cover of the first of a proposed trilogy of books, continuing the story of the Novel Ben Hur by Lew Wallace. This book also includes some beautiful internal black and white hand drawn and illustrated maps.
The first of the books has now been revealed - and can be pre ordered now from Aletheia | Troubador Publishing
