We are excited to welcome Julia Allum to Meiklejohn; the latest artist to join our fantastic team of illustrators.
Creating abstract, brightly coloured, vector artworks, Julia draws influence from mid-century posters and vintage design. Recent clients include Savills, Transport for London and Tortoise Media.

TRANSPORT FOR LONDON
Appearing in London underground stations, these wonderfully graphic images were designed to advertise the city's Lidos and to inspire and encourage people to visit these amazing destinations.

Julia’s bold, geometric design approach is showcased in her modern poster interpretations. Featuring iconic subjects and the natural world, Julia’s unique illustrations are created using simplified shapes and layering colours to add depth.
ISOBEL
Julia was thrilled to be commissioned to create a series of vibrant, artworks for Savills. Briefed to brighten up the day of anyone who sees them, we think Julia definitely fulfilled the task. The illustrations have been used across all media, including OOH and bus sides.
Mark Boardman was commissioned by The Economist to create these wonderfully vibrant illustrations for Marriot Hotel's Moment’s To Inspire supplement. Mark’s artworks cleverly combine moments of mindfulness with business travel themes in his ever popular illustration style.
The first book in the What’s the issue? series, Hackers, is out now. The fascinating subject matter is the perfect foil for Cristina Guitian’s surreal creations; using fine line and a limited colour palette.
Tom Peake was thrilled to be commissioned by T Brand Studio for Chevron, creating illustrations for an interactive quiz and print ad to promote affordable, reliable and cleaner energy.
