Sophie Winder x The Pilgrim Hotel

The Bright Agency's Sophie Winder has partnered with the Pilgrim Hotel, creating illustrated floor plans that showcase the different rooms they offer. As a character illustrator, Sophie was asked to create characters she could imagine living in each room.

She wants people to see themselves in the characters she has illustrated: “If you can see yourself in one of the characters, you can see yourself in the situation - in this case, you can see yourself in the hotel room, which is really important for the client, the Pilgrim Hotel.

Katie Ponder’s Art Deco Scenes for Mayfair’s Beaumont Hotel

Katie Ponder has been commissioned to create a glamorous series of artworks for the the five-star Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair, London. Drawing inspiration from the elegant art deco interiors of the hotel, Katie kept things colourful and patterned.

“Initially I started the work using a muted palette but the client was keen to something bright and bold. This led me to the oranges and blues along with a few coffee coloured tones for contrast and I think this worked really well to create a bold statement. The bold colours of the work contrast with the elegant monochrome 1920s décor of the hotel and bring a burst of colour and pattern. The style of the work work is an echo of 1920s style of the Beaumont Hotel – a style I particularly love and often draw inspiration from.”

Chris Price and Delisia Howard / Andaz Hotel Guest Room Installation

Chris Price collaborated with Delisia Howard on this ‘Pearly Room’ mural for Andaz Hotel in East London. The couple created the artwork as part of the 'Room with a View' art series. The work depicts local landmarks and is a celebration of the best of East London life.
