Phosphor's Trina and Christine had a wonderful time at the London Book Fair recently, showing off art by some of their talented illustrators who create artwork for children's books. Most of these artists are open to commissions at the moment, so get in contact with Trina at Phosphor if you'd like to chat or see some more picture book artwork.

Diane Ewen has gone from strength to strength, and was this year invited to be the ‘Illustrator of the Fair’ at LBF 2022. With her work on multiple titles being showcased across the stands, Diane also gave an insightful and engaging talk about her process and approach to her work in front of a packed audience.
Diane spoke of becoming infatuated with creating from an early age, finding inspiration in the pre-Raphaelites, as well as highlighting the importance of representation in children’s books. The Q&A concluded with wonderful advice to budding illustrators to pick up a sketchbook, start drawing and find your voice.
As well as winning the inaugural Jericho Prize, Diane has seen massive success with picture book ‘Coming to England’, written by Baroness Floella Benjamin, which was featured in Amazon’s Amplifying Black Voices campaign during Black History Month 2021
