Phosphor’s Children’s Illustrators Shine at LBF

Phosphor's Trina and Christine had a wonderful time at the London Book Fair recently, showing off art by some of their talented illustrators who create artwork for children's books. They created a book featuring a quiz about their illustrators, including Christopher Nielsen (whose art can be seen on the cover) Beatrice Simpkiss, Iris de Luz, Jonathan Leach, Luella Wright and Lee Ford.

Most of these artists are open to commissions at the moment, so get in contact with Trina at Phosphor if you'd like to chat or see some more picture book artwork.

Mary Woodin illustrates Exploring Birds for Callisto Media.

Mary Woodin has illustrated an activity book for children, Exploring Birds for Callisto Media. With art direction from Scott Petrower, Mary illustrated birds for over 50 activities aimed at getting kids out into nature and learning;

“I gleaned a lot along the way too and enjoyed illustrating everything from how to make a bird feeder out of a recycled bottle and wooden spoons, to the anatomy of an owls’s eye.”
