Phosphor's Laura Redburn has recently embarked on an exciting new project for an innovative new beer brand. Good Karma Beer Co are alcohol free beers that taste like their alcoholic counterparts and aim to spread good vibes and mindfulness in the process. They are part of a culture shift towards a more sustainable, diverse and equal society.
Shine Creative Solutions recently approached Phosphor's Lynn Hatzius to create their new logo and branding.
The company, who provide bespoke promotion services to arts and theatre clients, wanted a more modern look and images that reflected the various fields of entertainment that they work in. It was an exciting project, and MD at Shine Becky felt that Lynn had come up with exactly the perfect solution - a very happy client and a very happy artist!

Megan St Clair was delighted to create a bespoke digital pastel illustration for the John Lewis Jewellery Advent calendar 2020. Embellished With gold foil, Megans signature pastel touch shines through from the belly band and front cover to the inside doors.
It's a dream project for an illustrator when asked to create illustrations for a joke book and in this case, they picked wonderful super-skilled character creator Emily Fox to adorn the pages of TV personality, politician, and master of funny Gyles Brandreth's hilarious new (bad) joke book.

Talbots commissioned three internationally renowned female artists including our very own Jessica Durrant anbd Karen Mabon to interpret the courage, strength and determination of women. The result is their 3rd annual limited-edition collection of one-of-a-kind scarves which are available to purchase HERE
Jessica and Karen both shared with Talbots the inspiration behind their scarves:
Jessica, "I wanted to create a light, ethereal work of art, and I use flowers and butterflies in my artwork as symbols of endless change and a quiet strength."
Karen, "As females we are strongest when we lift each other up. I wanted the scarf to celebrate the importance of building networks and helping other women"
Heather Gatley has illustrated an in-store mural design for Canadian Liquor retailer LCBO, following on from a previous mural for their craft beer station, this time it’s all about “coolers”; cocktail mixers to keep cool in the warm weather.
Phosphor's Christopher Nielsen was commissioned to create some images for Pixar’s Instagram feed with characters from The Incredibles, Monsters Inc., Wall-E, Up, Coco and Finding Nemo having fun in the sun with the theme “Any weather is better with you”.
Chris enjoyed the challenge of illustrating existing (and rather famous!) characters, as opposed to designing characters for picture books himself, as he is more used to doing.
