Annie Wilkinson launches Wordsation’s new website with her ‘Plants’ baby apparel range

Canadian born artist, Annie Wilkinson was one of 3 designers to launch the new website, with her idyllic ‘Plants’ baby apparel range.

Wordsation strives to curate artwork from artists who share in their excitement for creating one-of-a-kind baby apparel for your tiny treasure.

Wordsation offers original graphic designs on baby apparel. Their designs are created by a new designer each month exclusively for Wordsation. Each designer collection consists of 3 baby onesies that can be purchased as a subscription or as individual onesies. The designs in the collection are part of a theme, for example "Plants".

Raid 71 & Steve Jobs

We are thrilled to be representing Raid 71 (aka Chris Thornley), an artist with a wealth of design experience behind him, whom after a typography degree has chosen to take the illustrative path. Both experimental and playful, exhibiting worldwide and with a number of awards under his belt, Raid 71 has worked for Levi, Mercury Records, Lego and many more high profile clients.

His more recent fame came with the death of Steve Jobs, and an image Chris created back in May this year. He says "an editorial I did sometime ago has been involved in an International news story relating to the death of Steve Jobs; (I'm) getting a ton of requests for newspapers to talk about it." It turns out a student in Hong Kong created an almost identical 'tribute logo', which has been 'creating a buzz in cyberspace'. The student admits his is not the original but neither a rip off. Clay Pipe Music

Frances Castle has set up her own record label, Clay Pipe Music. She makes music as well as collaborating with other musicians and has combined this interest with her passion for design. Each release comes with a beautifully crafted cover and book, designed and hand printed by Frances herself, making every limited edition CD unique and collectable.

We've put together a selection of Frances' illustrations from her forthcoming CD inspired by Tyneham, the deserted 'ghost' village in Dorset that was taken over by the army in World War 2.
