Dan Funderburgh for Guinness Africa

Dan Funderburgh worked with AMV BBDO on this striking 'Made of Black' campaign for Guinness Africa. Dan created the patterns to incorporate the iconic Guinness harp emblem which were then used as the backdrop to portraits by artist by Steve Caldwell. The images depict young creative talent from Africa: Eva Alordiah, Phyno and Olamide

Spike Gerrell Illustrates This Book is Gay

Spike Gerrell's hilarious illustrations feature in James Dawson's This Book is Gay, published by Hot Key Books this month. A funny and pertinent book about being lesbian, bisexual, gay, queer, transgender or just curious, Spike's images are the perfect foil for James' wit and wisdom. This book really smashes the myths and prejudice surrounding sexual orientation and gender identity.

Cooking for Chaps: Illustrated by David Hitch

Cooking for Chaps is a stylish, cookbook with a difference, it's an essential guide to gastronomy for the man about town, written by Gustav Temple, editor of The Chap magazine. Gustav specifically requested David Hitch to illustrate his first cookery book as he felt that the illustrator, well known of his PG Wodehouse covers, could capture the quintessential English gentleman. David's colour and black and white illustrations beautiful compliment the recipes and advice for the modern gentleman to ensure culinary magnificence.

Jonny Duddle: Harry Potter

On September 1st the new editions of the Harry Potter books, with covers illustrated by award-winning Jonny Duddle were published for the next generation of Harry Potter readers. For Jonny, it's been the culmination of an intense six months during which he had to read all seven of JK Rowling's books, watch eight film adaptations and draw new front and back covers for each book as well as illustrate the box sets. The result is a stunning set of covers and presentation boxes which are a perfect gift for collectors and new readers alike.
