Arn0 for Ted Baker

Arn0 has been working with Ted Baker on their next seasons eyewear promotions. Arn0 was given the dreamy brief of creating the above 3 beautiful, and of course sexy, animals in his inimitable digital airbrush style, with each hair lovingly, and painstakingly, "painted" digitally. All 3 images will be appearing in opticians and Ted Baker stores over the coming months.

Alex T Smith

It's a busy month for Alex T Smith with 2 publications hitting the bookstands. His delightful new picture book Ella, published by Scholastic tells the story of a little ladybird with big dreams. And his third book in the series for Hodder Children's Books, Claude at the Circus really demonstrates Alex's comic talent for writing as well as illustrating. A walk in the park leads to a walk on a tightrope when Claude and Sir Bobblysocks join the circus.

James Brown

Faber and Faber commissioned James Brown to illustrate the cover of "The Ultimate Book of Heroic Failures" by Stephen Pile. Typographer and print maker James was asked to create a striking text based artwork for the cover of the follow up to ‘The Book of Heroic Failures’. Creating something to follow the iconic artwork of the original book was a challenge but James’s bold eye catching artwork fulfilled the brief perfectly.

Colman’s Gravy “Moo”

Fred Gambino recently worked with  Aardman Animations to develop the dancing bull character for the Colman's Instant Beef Gravy TV commercial.

It was quite a challenging brief to give the character the personality of a hot, steamy, hunky, male Latin-American dancer stuck inside the body of a real bull! Fred had to create the bull in several poses including Moon-walking and the Running Man. He rendered each pose using 3D software, Aardman then added texture and lighting to the digital model and returned it to Fred to add the special 'gravy' render.
