Just launched are four posters created by Ruth Palmer for Café Nero.
Ruth was asked to make her paintings look like a mural behind the product photo for that real in situ Mediterranean feel. Peter Blake at Together Design then had the images retouched to give the impression of old cracked walls. The posters will be in the cafes throughout the summer.

Pastiche illustrator Garry Walton produced a series of artworks for Dettol hand soap. The brief, to create a trash bag, old shoe and toilet pan out of hand shadow puppets, in a medical journal style, was quite a challenge, but utilized Garry’s versatility as an artist perfectly.
Ruth Rowland has delivered spectacularly with a series of large posters for a BAA Welcome Campaign at Heathrow Airport. The idea was for recognisable London characters to welcome passengers on their arrival, eleven real characters have been used; from a Carnival Queen to a Chelsea Pensioner, a Doorman to a Policeman. 9 months in the making, The ‘Infused with Imagination’ Installation was created by a team of designers including Yehrin Tong and established photographer and director Richard Foster, known for his work with De Beers, Gucci and Rolls Royce. Inspired by the word ‘infused’, meaning elements bleeding into each other, Yehrin created a dream-like visual that has no beginning or end; rather it feels like an organic mixture of images both natural and mythical. This design has now been turned into a large 3D art installation laid out as a series of sections depicting different pieces of the story. Each illustrated panel is hung separately in an overlapping design, telling the Bombay Sapphire story. The entire artwork uses perspective in that you can only fully appreciate the stunning effect from a specific point in the room. Over 75,000 crystals were used to bring each segment to sparkling life.

New recruit Serena Curmi was commissioned by Publicis London, to work on a storyboard pitch for a toilet tissue. The script tells the tale of a little boy who tests the tissue to extremes and then, exhausted from his efforts, he falls asleep in it's soft layers. It was essential that Serena captured the character of this determined little guy.
